Program Objectives:

- To teach effective coping skills for managing stress.
- To enhance students' understanding of stress in their daily lives.

Methodology:
Drokpo utilized a variety of methods to engage the students during the mental health program. Group discussions were facilitated using PowerPoint presentations, and students were encouraged to share their personal experiences and ideas to foster interaction. The program also included interactive activities such as leaf games and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) therapy to help students release stress.

According to the stress tests, most students experienced average stress levels. They were introduced to PMR training and learned various coping strategies to manage stress effectively.

Some students suggested incorporating breaks during the session to prevent fatigue, while others recommended including more physical activities. Additionally, a few students expressed a preference for individual counseling sessions over group sessions, and many requested more engaging videos in future workshops.
