The workshop commenced at 1:50 PM with introductions of the facilitators and
distribution of attendance sheets for student verification. The session began with
engaging ice-breaker activities, including a "laughing therapy" game, where students greeted each other while laughing. The games concluded at 2:12 PM, setting a lively tone for the rest of the program.

Miss Passang Lhamo Sherpa introduced the main topic, "Stress Management and Coping Skills," by asking thought-provoking questions about students' daily lives. She utilized a PowerPoint presentation filled with relevant visuals to explain stress in detail. The presentation encouraged active participation, with students sharing personal experiences related to stress.

The facilitator guided the students in recognizing stress, identifying its symptoms, and learning various strategies to manage it. The session was highly interactive, and students were thoroughly engaged throughout the workshop. The program concluded successfully at 4:43 PM with a group photo session.

At the end of the workshop, students expressed that they felt refreshed and energized, appreciating the break from their usual school routine. They found the session valuable, as they learned practical tips to manage stress and apply them in the future.

In their feedback, students highlighted their enjoyment of the workshop and expressed interest in attending similar sessions in the future. They particularly loved the "Character Game," which helped them better understand themselves. For future programs, they suggested including more videos and games, and many remarked that the PowerPoint presentation made the content easy to grasp. Several students were excited to share what they learned with their families and friends.
